Meditation is the practice of focusing your awareness on a particular thing and holding your attention there. Be it your breath, a mantra, question or physical sensations, dedicating intentional focus on these seemingly simple things can bring profound clarity, stability and harmony. And when you find your mind and body in harmony, your soul arrives and dances for a while.

About me

I am a Melbourne-based writer, poet and conscious living coach. Deeply moved about the mystery of things, I write about the quintessential parts of life which bind us as humans: love and grief. A regular blogger who has been published in a number of anthologies and magazines, I peacefully insist for truth through my writing and believe in the guidance of love to change the world. I also hold space for people to flourish through meditation, breathwork and conscious living.
