I hold space for people to foster peace, harmony and love through reflective conversation, relationship mindfulness, meditation, grounding and somatic practices, breathwork, movement and writing therapy. Working with individuals, groups, communities, schools and workplaces, my goal is to cultivate wellness in the world.
