Writing is a form of meditation, and the benefits are similar. You are the author of your life, the hero of your own story.

I am passionate about the power we have to heal ourselves, and the central role storytelling plays in this healing. Writing can give us perspective and distance, allowing us the solitude we need to go inwards and discover deeper layers within. Writing can be calming, relaxing and healing.

When I write, I tap into my innate curiousness. Curiosity is what connects us to one another; it drives me to write and you to read.
