Wayapa is a beautiful earth connection practice, which combines earth mindfulness, meditation, physical movement and intentional action to look after the environment.
Working with communities, early learning centres, schools, charities and workplaces, my goal is to foster wellness in the world. I have guided engaging sessions for staff at Deakin University, volunteers, community and school children at the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show for Beyond Blue and early learning educators at Dame Nellie Melba Kindergarten, MyCentre Childcare and KinderHaven.
"We booked Kristina through Wayapa Wuurrk to perform some special mindfulness sessions for children and families for our Beyond Blue space at the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show. Kristina couldn’t have been more supportive and welcoming to everyone that came into our space. Nothing was too much for Kristina, who was happy to change plans on the run and who arrived early to set up and stayed back each day as people were enjoying her sessions so much they didn’t want to leave. I would happily recommend Kristina to anyone wishing to facilitate any form of mindfulness and look forward to working with Kristina again at our event next year."
