Monday Meditation at 7.45pm via Zoom.
Explore and enjoy meditation from the comfort of your home. These live online classes run for approximately 45 minutes and the style of meditation is Somatic Meditation, a journey of meditation through the body inspired by Ancient Tibetan practices.
Other meditation techniques explored include Mantra Meditation, Yin Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Yin Dreaming, Smiling Meditation, Archetypal Meditation and Breath Meditation.
