Breath, Earth, Heart Connection

I am a Melbourne-based meditation teacher. I hold space for people to foster peace, harmony and love through meditation, grounding and somatic practices, breathwork, Wayapa and writing therapy. Working with individuals, groups, communities, schools and workplaces, my goal is to cultivate wellness in the world.

I pay my respects to the Elders past, present and emerging, for they hold the memories, traditions and ongoing sovereignty.

As we rest under the same sun and moon, the same stars and give our bodies to the earth in our meditation practices and storytelling, may we all acknowledge the significance of the earth’s relationship with the Traditional Owners and Custodians of this land.
